How long is the service life of the infrared heating tube

Contact us

Infrared rays are widely used in industrial heating or drying, such as the process of surface heating and drying curing in the fields of automobiles, plastics, printing, glass, textiles, food, metal parts, circuit board packaging, film and electronics.
Quartz near-infrared and far-infrared. Using transparent or semi-transparent quartz glass as the tube shell can produce near-infrared or far-infrared radiation spectrum. Infrared is a kind of electric spurious wave. It travels at the speed of light and carries high energy. The intensity and wavelength of infrared radiation of different models of the same power are different.

A. Long-wave infrared (i.e. far-infrared) features:

fast heating speed, uniform heating, low thermal inertia, only 1-3 minutes to reach the constant temperature of the element, electric energy radiation conversion efficiency as high as 60%-75%, no hot and cold burst , Energy-saving and long service life.

B. Short-wave infrared (near-infrared) features:

1-3 seconds heating and cooling time, which makes the heating process control more flexible. The high-efficiency and durable gold-coated reflective layer of single tube and twin tube can achieve a radiation efficiency of more than 96% and a long service life, generally more than 10,000 hours. It is especially widely used in the drying and curing of high-speed printing equipment. It can quickly heat the surface of plastics, water and other solvents, and has the characteristics of being quickly absorbed by the water film to achieve the drying effect.
